1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 345wins ("345wins", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering an account with, or using any feature of the 345wins platform — including 345wins Casino, the 345wins sportsbook, Jackpot Slots, Hi Lo, Progressive Prize, and Cockfighting streams — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 345wins platform. 345wins reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 345wins platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any form of betting or gaming on 345wins. 345wins operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Creating or attempting to create a 345wins account while under the age of 18 is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a legal violation.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a 345wins account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 345wins or any recognised gambling authority;
• Not already hold an active 345wins account;
• Not be registering on behalf of any third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

345wins is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. You may be asked to provide copies of: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the time specified by 345wins may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain one 345wins account at any time. 345wins uses a combination of identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method tracking to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 345wins reserves the right to close all accounts involved, forfeit balances held across those accounts, and prohibit the associated player from re-registering.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 345wins username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 345wins will treat any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has accessed your credentials — as authorised by you. 345wins is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

345wins reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that the player has: breached these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Players who wish to voluntarily close their 345wins account should contact the 24/7 support team via live chat.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

345wins accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistan-local payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT via TRC20 and BEP20 networks. All PKR transactions are processed at face value — 345wins does not impose currency conversion on PKR accounts.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 345wins PKR balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are communicated within the deposit section of the 345wins account dashboard. 345wins is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider or bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and linked to the player's 345wins account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Players must have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 4.4 Inactive Account Fee

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Following a 30-day written notice to the registered email address, 345wins may apply an inactivity fee of up to 500 PKR per calendar month to dormant accounts. This fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Wagering Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 345wins platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing the stake, selection, and applicable terms before confirming any bet. 345wins is not obligated to reverse or void confirmed bets on the basis of player error, unless a demonstrable technical fault on the 345wins platform directly caused the error.

5.2 Sports Betting — Settlement Policy

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. For cricket — including HBL Pakistan Super League matches — the official result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board or tournament organiser is used. Where matches are abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, 345wins will apply the settlement rule appropriate to the specific market type as published in the sports betting rules section of the platform.

5.3 Casino & RNG Games

All RNG-based games in the 345wins Casino lobby use certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within the information panel of each game. 345wins does not alter game RTP settings on a per-player or per-session basis. Live dealer games are governed by the published rules of the specific game variant as shown at the table.

5.4 Jackpot Slots

Jackpot Slots prizes — including progressive jackpots — are subject to the specific rules of the individual game. Jackpot wins are validated before payment is processed. 345wins reserves the right to withhold payment pending validation of any jackpot win above 1,000,000 PKR for a period of up to 72 hours.

5.5 Technical Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, live dealer session, or sportsbook market, 345wins reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' PKR balances. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — a principle applied industry-wide — governs all technical fault scenarios at 345wins.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional offers issued by 345wins are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply across the 345wins platform:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method;
• Bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn — the applicable multiplier is stated with each offer;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus — unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period;
• Certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements — contribution rates are published with each offer;
• 345wins reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms;
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds — stakes in excess of the published limit while a bonus is active will be considered a breach of these Terms and may result in bonus forfeiture.

7. Responsible Gaming

345wins is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. All Pakistani players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their 345wins account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps that cannot be increased for a cooling-off period after any upward adjustment request;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive English-language alerts after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to the 345wins platform for a defined period without full self-exclusion;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from all 345wins services — this is a binding action that 345wins will not override at the player's request until the exclusion period expires.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 345wins platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 345wins platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to exploit the 345wins platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in any 345wins game or system — any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to 345wins support and may be forfeited;
• Using the 345wins platform for any money laundering purpose or in connection with any criminal activity;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to use your account;
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification;
• Using another person's payment method to fund a 345wins account without the legal right to do so;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards 345wins staff or other players in any communication channel.

345wins reserves the right to withhold winnings, close accounts, and recover losses caused by any of the above prohibited conduct, in addition to any other remedy available under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 345wins platform — including but not limited to the 345wins name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, and software — is the property of 345wins or its licensed suppliers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of 345wins content without express written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 345wins limits its liability to players as follows:

• 345wins is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform;
• 345wins is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service interruptions beyond 345wins's direct control;
• 345wins is not liable for the content or availability of third-party payment providers used to fund 345wins accounts;
• In all circumstances, 345wins's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 345wins's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

345wins collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the 345wins platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 345wins does not sell player data to third parties. Personal data submitted during registration and identity verification is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, and regulatory compliance purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

345wins reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address and/or by a notice displayed on the 345wins platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using 345wins and may request account closure by contacting support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 345wins's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 345wins platform that cannot be resolved through the 345wins complaint process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the applicable licensing authority. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
